Semaglutide has undergone numerous rigorous trials and has been shown to be safe, as well as being FDA approved. There is a potential for side effects, however they are typically only mild to moderate. There have been no unexpected safety issues from any trial. As with any health regime, being open and honest with your provider is the best practice. You will be given more through literature about Semaglutide and it’s potential adverse effects throughout the process.

Unfortunately, one of the drawbacks with Semaglutide is that most insurances do not pay for the cost of Semaglutide for weight loss purposes. In addition, 716 Mobile IV does not partner with any insurance companies. We find we are able to offer the best “self-pay” rates possible by not having to deal with the difficulties of reimbursements through insurance companies.

The out of pocket costs for the brand name versions of Semaglutide can easily cost over $1,300 per month, plus any office fees and/or co-pays associated with your care. We are able to offer much more competitive rates this way!

716 Mobile IV is excited to offer Semaglutide for a fraction of the cost of the name-brand versions. The 3-month/12-week cost of the Semalutide program is just $900. After that, pricing will depend on your dosing, costing a maximum of $400 every 5 weeks (Subject to medication cost increases. You will be notified 30 days in advance of price change. Applicable only after initial 3-month/12-week commitment.)

There are no consultation, initiation, or cancellation fees* with our Semaglutide service! We only require the initial 3-month commitment since weight loss programs take time to notice results.

Included in your monthly cost is your supply of Semaglutide, initial visit and follow-ups (1st in-home training and informational session, with monthly virtual provider follow-up appointments), administration supplies, delivery of Semaglutide and supplies to your doorstep as needed, and proper disposal of your used medical supplies. In addition, our provider can be made available by phone appointment for any questions or concerns that may arise during your weight loss journey.

The process is pretty straightforward. The first step is to reach out to us at our main number (716-604-2195) or by submitting the form below so we can schedule a phone consultation with our provider.

You will need to schedule a blood draw so our provider can have your recent lab values. This can be done through your PCP or with the assistance of our provider. Lab work is often covered by your insurance, but there may be an out of pocket cost depending on your coverage. Once our provider receives your labs and reviews your medical history, your Semaglutide prescription can be ordered!

From here, the next step would be to complete an in-home visit and educational session. The appointment will comprise of a visit from one of our trained RN’s. During this appointment, the nurse will instruct you on the proper administration of your once weekly Semaglutide self-injection.

Finally, as you continue through your weight loss journey, the provider will conduct a virtual telemedicine visit with you every 4 weeks and adjust your Semaglutide dose as needed.

You are likely ineligible for Semaglutide if you have:

● Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2 (tumors in your glands)

● A personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (a type of thyroid cancer)

● Diabetic ketoacidosis (call your doctor for treatment).

● Have diabetes type 1

● Are pregnant or plan to become pregnant in the next 3 months.
